Welcome to MEUDIA + FÁCIL. By downloading, installing or using this application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the application.
1. About the app
MEUDIA + FÁCIL is a personal organizer that helps anyone manage their daily routine, including appointments, bills, notes, habits, checklist items, shopping items and medication reminders. It is maintained independently by Flávio Oliveira, an individual (sole proprietor) based in Brazil.
The app is provided free of charge and can be used after signing up with an email and password or by signing in with a Google or Apple account.
2. Registration and user account
To use MEUDIA + FÁCIL you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing true and current information at sign-up
- Keeping your password confidential
- All activity carried out under your account
- Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
We are not responsible for losses arising from misuse of access credentials by you or by third parties.
3. Permitted use
You may use MEUDIA + FÁCIL to:
- Create and manage medication, appointments, bills, notes, habits, checklist items and shopping items
- Receive reminders and notifications that you configure yourself
- Sync data across devices that belong to you
- Export or delete your own data
4. Prohibited use
The following is expressly prohibited:
- Using the app for unlawful purposes or in a way that violates third-party rights
- Attempting to access other users' data
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or modifying the app
- Using the app in an automated way (bots, scripts)
- Reproducing, distributing or selling the app without authorization
- Entering false or offensive content, or content that violates applicable law
5. Responsibilities and limitations
MEUDIA + FÁCIL is a personal-organization tool and does not replace advice from a qualified professional when such advice is needed. The information you enter is your sole responsibility. Always consult a qualified professional before making important decisions based on that information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
- Errors or omissions in the information you enter
- Notification failures caused by device settings
- Data loss caused by device failure or uninstalling the app
- Decisions made based on the information recorded in the app
- Temporary unavailability of the service due to maintenance or technical faults
- The content of ads shown by the Google AdMob network, over which we have no editorial control
6. Service availability
MEUDIA + FÁCIL is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the app available and running correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it will be free of errors.
We may carry out maintenance, updates or changes to features at any time, with or without prior notice.
7. Intellectual property
All content of the app — including code, design, logo, brand and text — is the exclusive property of MEUDIA + FÁCIL and is protected by Brazilian and international intellectual property law.
The data you enter belongs solely to you. By using the app, you grant permission for your data to be stored and processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Purchases
The app offers an optional in-app purchase, "Remove ads". Purchases are processed and billed by Google Play and are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service and refund policy. We have no access to your card or payment data. Prices and availability may change.
9. Account termination
You may close your account at any time directly on the Profile screen ("Delete account"). When you delete your account, all data is removed immediately and permanently, from both the device and our servers.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use, without prior notice.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will announce material changes through an in-app notice or by email. Continued use of the app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. Please review this page periodically.
11. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Brazil, and any dispute may be brought before the courts of the user's domicile. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence; where local law requires, that law and its courts apply.
