Welcome to MEUDIA + FÁCIL. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information from users of our mobile application for Android devices.
By using MEUDIA + FÁCIL you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the application.
Summary (Notice at Collection)
| Category | Examples | Purpose | Sold / Shared? | Retention |

| Content you enter | Medication, agenda, bills, notes, habits, checklist and shopping list (including the times and notes you type) | Show your items and send the reminders you set | No | Until you delete the entries or your account |

Some of what you choose to write (for example, a medication reminder or a personal note) may relate to your health. We treat everything you enter the same way and use it only to show your items and send your reminders; adding that kind of detail is optional.
We do not collect location data, banking data or government ID numbers. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
1. Who we are
MEUDIA + FÁCIL is a mobile application that helps anyone organize their daily routine — appointments, bills, notes, habits, checklist items, shopping items and medication. It is maintained independently by Flávio Oliveira, an individual (sole proprietor) based in Brazil, who is the party responsible for (the "controller" / "business" in charge of) the personal data described in this policy.
For any privacy question, request or exercise of rights, contact us at contato@meudiamaisfacil.com.br. A postal address is available on request.
2. Data we collect
The app collects only the data needed for it to work:
- Display name
- Email address
- Profile photo (when you sign in with Google)
- Unique user identifier (UID generated by Firebase Authentication)
- When you use "Sign in with Apple": your name and a contact email (which may be an Apple private relay email)
- Medication: name or description, time, frequency and notes
- Agenda: type of appointment, date, time and reminders
- Bills: type of bill, frequency, due date and reminders
- Notes: title, content and personal reminders
- Habits: name, days of the week and reminders
- Checklist: items, date range and reminders
- Shopping: items in the shopping list
- Crash and error reports, via Firebase Crashlytics (device model, OS version, app version and the code location where the error occurred)
- App performance metrics, via Firebase Performance Monitoring
- App/device integrity signal, via Firebase App Check (used to block unauthorized access to our servers)
- Remote feature configuration, via Firebase Remote Config (not linked to personal data)
- Device advertising identifier, via Google AdMob (used to display the app's ads)
- The "Remove ads" purchase record, processed entirely by Google Play (the app has no access to card or payment data)
3. The Medication category
The "Medication" category lets you record what to take, the times and notes, and set reminders. You can describe only the purpose of a medication instead of naming it.
The first time you add a medication, the app shows a notice and only stores the entry after your confirmation, which is kept with a date and time. Some of what you write here may relate to your health; we treat it with the same care as your other data and use it only to show and send your reminders — never to infer characteristics about you and never for advertising.
You can delete these entries at any time, which also withdraws that confirmation, without affecting the other features of the app.
4. How we use data
- Allow secure access to your account
- Sync your data across your own devices
- Send the notifications and reminders you configure yourself
- Keep the app working correctly and securely
- Identify and fix technical errors
We do not use your data for advertising purposes, we do not sell data to third parties, and we do not share personal information with other companies for their commercial purposes.
5. Legal bases for processing
Depending on the law that applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a service you request — for authentication, sync and reminders
- Your consent — for the information you confirm when adding a medication entry
- Our legitimate interests — for technical error diagnostics and improving the stability of the app, balanced against your rights
6. Advertising
The app shows non-personalized ads only, served by Google AdMob. Non-personalized ads are based on contextual information such as the current content and approximate (coarse) location, not on your interests or past behavior. We do not build advertising profiles about you and we do not enable cross-context behavioral advertising.
AdMob may use the device's advertising identifier to cap ad frequency and detect invalid traffic. You can reset this identifier or opt out of ad personalization at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers, ad networks or data brokers. The optional "Remove ads" purchase turns advertising off entirely.
7. Storage and security
Your data is stored in two places:
- Locally on your device: in a SQLite database (via Drift), accessible only by the app itself.
- In the cloud: using Firebase services (Google), on secure, encrypted infrastructure.
Each user can access only their own data — no user can view or modify another user's data. Firestore security rules enforce this isolation using the unique authentication identifier.
We apply good security practices, including encrypted communication (HTTPS/TLS) between the app and our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a data breach where the law requires it.
8. Who we share data with
We share user data only with the following processors, strictly as needed for the app to function:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, App Check and Remote Config) — authentication, cloud storage and technical diagnostics. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In — only when you choose to sign in with those accounts. Privacy policies: Google and Apple
- Google AdMob — displays the app's ads and may use the device advertising identifier to do so (non-personalized). Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Play Billing — processes the optional "Remove ads" purchase. Payment is handled entirely by Google; the app has no access to card or payment data.
We do not share data with advertisers, ad networks, data brokers or any other third party for their own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety or property.
9. International data transfers
The processors listed above may store and process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. These transfers are necessary to provide the service and rely on the contractual and security safeguards adopted by those providers (such as standard contractual clauses).
10. Notifications
The app uses local notifications (scheduled on the device itself) for reminders about medication, appointments, bills, notes, habits and checklist ranges. These notifications are configured only by you and do not rely on external servers to fire. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
11. Data retention and deletion
- Account and content data is kept while your account is active. When you use "Delete account" on the Profile screen, all of your data — on the device and on our servers — is erased immediately and permanently. No further email request is needed.
- Diagnostic data (Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring) is retained by the provider for a limited period, generally up to 90 days, and is not tied to your account.
- Purchase records for "Remove ads" are retained by Google Play under its own policies so that your purchase can be restored.
12. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can:
- Access the data stored in the app and confirm whether we process your personal data
- Correct data that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date
- Delete your data (including immediately, via "Delete account")
- Withdraw the confirmation you gave when adding medication entries, at any time
- Get information about how your data is shared
- Object to or ask us to restrict certain processing
- Receive a copy of the data you entered (portability)
To exercise any of these rights, contact contato@meudiamaisfacil.com.br. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows it.
13. United States residents
This section applies to residents of U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and others). It supplements the rest of this policy.
Categories of information
In the last 12 months we have collected the categories described in the Summary and in Section 2: identifiers, account information, the content you enter (which may include details relating to your health, such as a medication reminder), internet/app activity limited to diagnostics, and a device advertising identifier. Sources are you and your device. We collect this information for the business purposes described in Sections 4–8.
No sale or sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months, including for consumers under 16.
To the extent anything you enter (such as a medication reminder) is considered "sensitive personal information" under state law, we use and disclose it only to provide the service you asked for — delivering your reminders and syncing your own data — which does not trigger the right to limit its use. You can delete it at any time.
Your rights
- Right to know / access the personal information we hold about you and how we use it
- Right to delete your personal information
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information
- Right to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising (we already do none of these)
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights
- Right to appeal a decision on your request (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana and others). If we deny your request, you may reply to our response to appeal; if the appeal is denied you may contact your state Attorney General.
How to exercise them
Email contato@meudiamaisfacil.com.br with the subject "US privacy request". We respond within 45 days (extendable once by another 45 days where permitted). We will verify your request by confirming control of the account email. An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authorization.
"Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control
Our app and website do not track you across third-party websites, so there is no cross-site tracking to disable. Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request — although we do not sell or share personal information.
Children (COPPA)
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have, we delete it promptly. A parent or guardian who believes we hold a child's information can contact us.
14. Latin America
This section supplements the policy for users in Spanish-speaking Latin American countries. Wherever you are, you have the rights of access, rectification, cancellation/erasure and objection ("ARCO" rights), plus portability and the right to withdraw consent. Providing that kind of detail (for example, naming a medication) is always optional.
- Mexico (LFPDPPP): This policy also serves as our Privacy Notice ("Aviso de Privacidad"). The controller is identified in Section 1; a domicile is available on request. Primary purposes are those in Section 4; there are no secondary purposes. You can limit the use or disclosure of your data, and exercise ARCO rights, by writing to the contact email. Changes to this notice are announced as described in Section 16.
- Colombia (Ley 1581/2012): Processing is based on your prior, express and informed authorization, given when you create an account and when you confirm the notice the app shows when you add a medication. You may know, update, rectify and delete your data and revoke your authorization at any time. Complaints may be filed with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC).
- Argentina (Ley 25.326): You may access, rectify and delete your data free of charge. The supervisory authority is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP).
- Chile (Ley 19.628 / Ley 21.719): You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability, and we handle security incidents as the law requires. The supervisory authority is the Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales.
- Peru (Ley 29733): You may exercise your rights before us and, if needed, the Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales. International transfers are described in Section 9.
To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@meudiamaisfacil.com.br in Spanish or Portuguese. We reply within the period set by your local law.
15. Brazil (LGPD)
For users in Brazil, the Portuguese version of this policy is the reference text and describes the legal bases and rights under Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD) in detail, including the specific confirmation you give in the app when you add a medication entry (Art. 11).
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will announce material changes through an in-app notice or by email. Continued use of the app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy. Please review this page periodically.
17. Not a specialized professional service
MEUDIA + FÁCIL is a routine organizer. Reminders in every category are a personal-organization tool and do not replace advice from qualified professionals in their respective fields.
